The following is a list of the pipeline companies and electric power entities which own and/or operate interprovincial or international pipelines or power lines under the Board's jurisdiction. The pipeline companies have been divided into two  groups. Group 1 consists of the major pipeline companies which are subject to ongoing regulatory oversight by the National Energy Board. The other pipeline companies under the Board's jurisdiction, not included in Group 1, have been classified as Group 2 companies.
