Upon receiving a Hearing Order from the NEB, the applicant is required to publish notification of hearings in publications as outlined by the NEB. These notifications must meet the requirements of the Government of Canada's Federal Identity Program (FIP).
Published notification must include the following:
- NEB logo (English) or NEB logo (French); and
- Canada wordmark
